Established in 1998 to produce metallic stearates & PVC stabilizers, the company became a fully owned subsidiary in 2004, of Karyon Industries Berhad, which is listed on the stock exchange of Malaysia.
Their 2-acre factory is located in Johor Bahru, the state of Johor in Malaysia. Johor Bahru is an established city in close proximity to Singapore and is strategically located with good access to Pasir Gudang Port, Port of Tanjung Pelepas and also the Port of Singapore.
In order to expand their markets and capabilities, they established a joint-venture company, Karyon (Jinhua) Advanced Material Ltd, Co., in China, also producing metallic stearates and PVC stabilizers.
